About Me
After university, I spent over a decade working in global investment banking at some of the world’s leading institutions. During a parenting career break, I began to re-evaluate what truly mattered to me and made the decision to create a more fulfilling, nurturing, and people-focused career.
This led to a deep dive into holistic health and wellbeing, and over the last 20 years I’ve trained in a wide range of therapeutic approaches including complementary therapies, eating disorder treatment, counselling, psychotherapy, EMDR, and integrative mind-body practices. My work draws upon this multi-layered background to support people in reconnecting with themselves, finding emotional balance, and living with more clarity and calm.
I run a busy private practice working with adults from a wide range of backgrounds. I offer therapy both online and in person (in Kent, near Orpington and Bromley), and I’m also an Associate Psychotherapist at Harbor, a private mental health clinic in Central London.
My approach is holistic and collaborative, honouring each client as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms or struggles. I work at the intersection of mind, body, emotion, and soul, bringing together insight, nervous system awareness, and practical strategies to help people move forward meaningfully in their lives.
As my work has evolved, I now focus primarily on supporting clients who are seeking greater emotional balance, clarity, and resilience in their lives. While my background includes extensive trauma training, my current practice centres around helping people navigate life transitions, burnout, relationship challenges, and a desire for deeper connection with themselves.
I hold full public liability and indemnity insurance, an Enhanced DBS certificate, and I work within the ethical framework of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My practice is client-centred and empowering, helping you discover what choices and strengths already lie within you.

Due to the complex nature of the issues that clients bring to therapy, I am committed to continually improving my knowledge and skills through further educational training and CPD.
