This programme is about one specific thing: what happens when a person cannot stop — even when they want to, even when they're exhausted, even when they understand, intellectually, exactly what's happening and why. It isn't about productivity or burnout or learning to manage your time better. It isn't asking you to meditate more, sleep earlier, or think more positively. It's an attempt to explain, with clinical accuracy and without judgement, why the mind keeps working when the body has stopped — and why knowing that hasn't been enough to change it. It moves through the full arc of that experience. What it feels like. Where it came from. Why insight alone doesn't reach the part of you that needs to hear it. What the body does when it's been running too hard for too long. And where change — real, lasting, embodied change — actually begins. You work through it in your own time, with no pace you're supposed to keep and no way to do it wrong.
