Online Therapy Sessions

General Information
Please contact me for information on my current availability and session fees.
Individual therapy sessions are usually booked at the same time and day each week for the duration of therapy.
Therapy is open-ended and therefore there is no limit to the number of individual sessions. Regular reviews are undertaken to assess how the client is progressing.
Please note my cancellation policy: cancellations or missed sessions within 48 hours of the session time will incur the full fee. This policy ensures fairness to all clients, as appointment slots are carefully allocated each week and short-notice cancellations or no shows result in unfilled spaces.
Fees are reviewed annually.
I only work with adults over the age of 18 and I do not offer couple's therapy, telephone or text therapy.
Private Health Insurance
I am registered to provide counselling and psychotherapy services with a number of private health insurance companies, including Aviva, Axa, BUPA, Cigna and WPA. Please contact me for more details.
